Our Strength and Flexibility Classes are progressive exercise classes that are run by our amazing physios. The concept of the classes is to allow those with minor medical history (that are otherwise relatively fit) to be engaged within an exercise routine without needing an individual program or assessment, while still taking into account your medical history and fitness level. The advantage of the Strength & Flexibility classes is that you can book in immediately with basic assessment by Physio and it does not require three 1:1 physio sessions (as required prior to clinical pilates classes).

However, the classes are still relatively small (with a maximum of 15 people in a class), meaning that the practitioner can still give considerable attention to each client. This also allows the classes to be shaped based on the medical history of those in the class. As such, if you are attending these classes it is encouraged that you communicate any existing conditions to the practitioner taking the class prior to its commencement.

If you are booking for a Clinical Exercise Class you must have been assessed by our physio team and have an individualised exercise program

All late cancellations and non-attendances for classes bookings will result in a fee equivalent to what you would have paid if you attended the class.
