Be your best. To achieve your health and fitness goals you can choose from 'Clinical Exercise Classes' and 'Strength & Flexibility Classes'.
Clinical Exercise Classes (pilates): If you have a
specific goal or a health condition/injury that they would like to recover from, these classes are for you. To book in to these classes you start with an
Initial assessment session with a physiotherapists to establish any relevant medical or injury history. This is followed by
1 Individual sessions in studio where we work with you to develop an individualised exercise program based on your needs to help you achieve your goals. For inquiries or to book an initial consultation please call our reception on

These classes are lead by Physiotherapists, and can be claimed through your health fund (Item 560).
Strength & Flexibility Classes: If you are generally fit and would like to improve your physical fitness & strength, these classes are for you. Classes are usually adapted to suit the participants' with varying abilities and fitness levels. You can book in immediately with basic assessment by our physios done just before the class.
